About Our Shipping

All orders are Tracked Delivery with our one and only service provider, FedEx. Customers can track their packages on our "Track Your Order" page on our website or  https://airiactive.com/pages/track-your-order

At AIRI, we operate three warehouses located in key global hubs: Bangkok, London, and Hong Kong. The majority of orders will be dispatched from our facility in Hong Kong. We aim to ship orders within 4-8 working days, and most customers will receive their orders within 14 days, depending on the destination.

We understand the excitement of receiving your order and work diligently to ensure efficient fulfillment and timely delivery. We appreciate your patience and are committed to providing the best possible service.

FREE Worldwide Express Shipping:

  • THB: Orders from THB 2,490
  • UK: Orders from £55
  • USA: Orders from $67
  • EU: Orders from €65

Nominal Shipping Fee:

  • THB: THB 240 for orders below THB 2,490
  • UK: £5.5 for orders below £55
  • USA: $6.7 for orders below $67
  • EU: €6.5 for orders below €65

Please note that rates may undergo slight adjustments due to currency exchange fluctuations. We're committed to providing you with the best service and products for your active lifestyle.

 

VAT & Import Regulations

Please note that local VAT and import regulations can vary by country. As a result, you may be required to pay additional taxes or duties upon arrival of your package, which are not included in the purchase price. We recommend checking with your country's customs office if you're unsure about any potential charges.

Tax Policies

Thailand:

Effective July 5, 2024, a 30% customs duty tax applies to all imported clothing goods into Thailand, regardless of the minimum. AIRI ACTIVE is unable to pre-pay these costs, but customers based in Thailand can contact our admin team to request a refund for any customs duties paid.

International Shipping:

For our global customers, please note the following:

  • USA: Taxes may be applied upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Australia: No additional tax will be collected.
  • UK: Taxes may be applied upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Rest of the World: Taxes may be applied upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customer Responsibility:

For international orders, customers may need to pay import taxes and customs duties as determined by their local customs authorities. Customs inspections may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
